Last month, we asked you about the professional achievement of board certification and heard from 275 diplomates. Though a majority (66%) of respondents viewed the ABO certificate as a sign of professional achievement, recertification is considered an undesirable obligation. We hope that some of the changes we’ve announced this month will help to reduce your workload, ease your anxiety about assessment, and allow you some breathing room to reflect on all that you’ve achieved!
